As is now a tradition, a spectacular SuperTest was held on Friday night in the town of Fafe, with a large crowd of spectators who did not want to miss the most spectacular event of the weekend. Rieju Factory Team rider Rosie Rowet took a magnificent third place in Women.

Throughout the week and on Friday night, the rain made its presence felt, as it did at various times on the first day of the race on Saturday, making the special stages very tricky and slippery.

In the top Enduro3 category, French rider Loïc Larrieu made his debut with the team on the MR300 PRO. On Friday he already had a good feeling with his new bike, but on Saturday, the test was quickly complicated; in the second special stage of the day he suffered a fall in which he hit hard on the chest, which momentarily left him breathless, then recovered, but the front wheel of his bike had been badly damaged, finally Loïc was forced to retire. Once out of the race, he went for a medical check-up, as the rider was complaining about the blow to his ribs and hand, but fortunately nothing was broken. After the medical consultation, it was decided not to go out on Sunday, considering that next week he will be racing again.

Great results in Portugal by the girls of the team, Rosie Rowett got a brilliant second position on Saturday, while Mireia Badia, in a race from less to more, finally completed the third position of the podium in Women. On Sunday, without rain, but with a very degraded terrain, Mireia Badia made a great performance to place first, while her teammate Rosie Rowett, with some mistakes, finished in sixth place.

In the provisional Championship standings, Mireia Badia is in second place, just two points behind the leader and Rosie Rowett is third in the table.

The second round of the EnduroGP World Championship will take place next weekend again in Portugal, this time in Valpaços.

Mireia Badia:
"The truth is that the weekend has been positive, considering that on Saturday I finished in third position and the day didn't end well, I made two important mistakes where I lost time, with a terrain that was very complicated due to the rain. On Sunday the terrain dried out a bit, although the time trials were quite broken and I had some snags, I was able to push and win the second day, so I'm very happy and I've scored some important points for the championship. I want to thank the whole team for their hard work".
