Among the spectacular landscapes of Asturias, the third round of the Spanish Enduro Championship took place. The competition was held in the small town of Infiesto, which was marked by a complicated weather during the three days, making even more difficult a test that was already expected to be technical and difficult.
As is tradition, the race started on Friday with the SuperTest, in the same town of Infiesto. Dominik Olszowy set the fifth best time of the afternoon, demonstrating his good sensations on his MR PRO 300.
On Saturday the rain came down again, leaving some terrain conditions that were complicated as the participants were overcoming the very muddy specials, in addition, in the last lap a strong storm fell, despite this, Olszowy attacked to complete the three laps in a good third position in Enduro 3 and seventh in the scratch classification. On Sunday the rain stopped and Olszowy managed to improve to finish in second place in the top class of Enduro3 and fourth in the overall standings, with this and in the sum of the two days, Dominik Olszowy, leaves Asturias with the third place in his category and fifth scratch.
In the Women's category, Mireia Badia is once again a winner, demonstrating once again that despite the complicated specials, Mireia continues to set the best times, achieving a double victory in the two days of racing, while behind her, Maria San Miguel also shines, to obtain the second position both on Saturday and Sunday. Mireia Badia increases her advantage in the championship lead, as well as San Miguel who is second.
Now the Spanish Enduro Championship has a long stop, until the celebration of the fourth round, which will be in Cózar (Ciudad Real), a one-day race, specifically on November 9.

“It has been a weekend spent by water, with a lot of mud and difficult specials, the section remained very technical, the chronos skidded a lot and it was difficult to stay straight, on Saturday I had trouble finding a good feeling, while Sunday was a little better, despite this, very happy with my results.”

"Immediately after Red Bull Erzbergrodeo, we came to the third round of the Spanish Enduro Championship. It was a fun two days of mud racing and we had to be very precise to avoid mistakes. We achieved very good results overall and in the Enduro3 class. This shows that we are going in the right direction, so we will keep training. The whole team did a good job and the bike was going very well in difficult conditions. I'm already looking forward to the next opportunity to race my Rieju MR 300 Pro".
