Likewise, the bike's weight distribution and distribution, together with its moderate and well-designed dimensions, are the keys to increasing its value among the youngest riders. A dry weight of only 85 kg and a seat height of 870 mm make this moped easy to move due to its small size. 

 

If we talk about technical specifications, this mini Supermotard hides inside everything that makes it, if possible, even more special than what we see on the outside. The new MRT 50 SM Trophy has a 6-speed gearbox with foot shift and a water cooling system that manages high temperatures much better.

 

Making special mention to the cycle part, it is worth mentioning the standard chassis. Formed by a double perimeter beam of high strength steel, it offers a plus of safety and firmness to the whole being accompanied by a removable rear subframe. In addition, like its predecessor, the new MRT is equipped with a high-performance 41 mm R16V inverted front fork anodized in red and majestic 17" wheels, also anodized in red, which provide the perfect balance with the Gas Mono-shock suspension.

 

On the other hand, the braking system is composed of a double-piston caliper anchored to a 300 mm diameter Galfer Wave disc at the front of the moped, as well as another 200 mm diameter Galfer Wave disc at the rear. Both discs together facilitate rapid heat dissipation, thus avoiding possible overheating of the brake pads.

 

In terms of equipment, this renewed model is characterized by a digital instrumentation panel and features a series of elements such as turn signals, neutral indicator, coolant temperature and oil level. In addition, unlike its predecessor, it incorporates as a novelty a lockable fuel cap for greater control of the opening and closing of the gas tank in case of refueling.

 

Last but not least, different accessories can be installed to customize the bike and take it to another dimension with optional items such as the engine cover.
