The event featured two days of racing on highly technical terrain, characterised by its rocky surface and navigation sections that left no room for error. The first day included two special stages of approximately 36 km each, while the second day consisted of a single 72 km special stage that tested both the endurance of the riders and the reliability of their machines.
Riding the RIEJU 307, Stefano Lencioni delivered an outstanding performance throughout the weekend, expertly mastering both the terrain and the navigation. He secured third place in his class on both race days, while finishing 52nd and 56th overall respectively.
These consistent results keep Lencioni firmly in contention for an overall championship podium, with the opportunity to fight for an even stronger final result.
The final round of the 2026 Italian Motorally Championship will take place in Umbertide on September 12–13. The summer break will provide the perfect opportunity for the team to recharge, fine-tune the bike, and prepare for the decisive finale of the season.
