Unfavorable weather marked the race, with long and technical special stages, which were very slippery, complicating the two-day race and putting even the best riders to the test.
Loïc Larrieu of the Rieju Factory Team finished the two days in sixth place in the Elite E3 class. In the sum of the two days, Larrieu was 5th in this first round.
The next race of the championship will be held in Chaumont, on May 25 and 26.
